”We all procrastinate”. Maybe this is true, I know that one of the reasons I procrastinate is that I want to do the right thing. So I judge myself before I do something, I evaluate all possible outcomes and I keep looking at everything that can go wrong.
Not useful.
Look at my model. What you do is not so important. It is what you learn from it that matters. You don’t want to do the same mistake twice.
Learning takes feedback and reflection. So get into ACTION, get feedback or REACTIONs and REFLECT on what happened. If it worked, do more of it. If it didn’t work, do something else. Just make sure you act.
Don’t JUST DO IT – rather ACT, REACT, REFLECT and do more.
